LEGAL POLICIES

Lanvée has a strict privacy policy and confidentiality of information of our customers.

We are responsible for all content on this site being the only ones authorized to make changes to it, as well as the sale, delivery and return of the products offered in it.

 

 DELIVERY POLICY

All our products come with a warranty. Changes can be made within 12 hours of receiving the product. If the product arrived in poor condition please contact us, Lanvée will pick it up and will change by it buy one in excellent condition.

If at the time of delivery there is no one to receive it, Lanvée will contact the client to reschedule the delivery with an additional freight cost of S/. 10.

The company only makes deliveries within the city of Lima, according to the districts indicated. The delivery is free for orders over the amount of S /. 65.00 Soles. If the order does not exceed S /. 65.00 Soles, a S /. 10.00 Soles freight fee will be applied.

 CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation request must be made 24 hours in advance of the time chosen for delivery. That is, if you choose the delivery option -for example- from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on a Friday, the order must be canceled before 9:00 am on Thursday of the same week. Otherwise, the entire order will be charged to the customer.
