1. Is the price of products are expressed in soles or US dollars?
Prices are expressed in Soles. If you prefer to pay with US Dollars, please contact our customer center to give the dollar exchange rate, which is adjusted according to market changes, and they will indicate the steps.

Prices include taxes.

2. Is there a minimum purchase amount so that it can be sent?
There is no minimum purchase amount.

3. What is the shipping cost?
Delivery service costos variy depending on the district. This amount will appear once the district is selected.

4. Should the recipient pay an extra when delivered the product?
No, the person receiving the product does not have to pay any extra amount. He/she must only sign an internal document stating that the product has been delivered and write his/her name and ID number./p>

5. What are the time options for delivery?
Delivery options for orders are as follows:

From 9:00 am to 11:00 am (Tuesday to Saturday)

From 12:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

From 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

 

6. What if my district is not in the list?
If your district is not in the list, you can collect your order from our office, previously choosing one of three options of schedules and making the respective payment. No payment on delivery or payment at the office will be accepted.

7. What payment methods can I use?

8. Do I have data security when entering my credit or debit card?
Of course, all transactions made with credit cards are confidential and secure through the system managed with the different entities.

9. How do I know Lanvée received my order?
Our system automatically sends a copy of the received order to the client’s email thus expressing the conformity of the order placed.

10. How do I know my order arrived as?
Our staff sends you an email once we have confirmation of delivery.

11. What happens if there is no one at the time of dispatch in the given direction?
Undelivered orders return to our office to be reprogrammed and are sent back, with an additional S/. 10.00 soles charge.

12. What are the districts within the delivery zone?
Currently we deliver to the following districts: Barranco, Jesús María, La Molina, Lince, Magdalena, Miraflores, San Borja, San Isidro, San Miguel, Surco, Surquillo, Pueblo Libre, San Juan de Miraflores, La Victoria, San Luis and Santa Anita.
