Every aspect of the interaction with us is carefully designed to be as simple and dynamic as possible. Here are the steps for purchasing process:

1. Select a product, or more than one

We have a wide range of products with beautiful images of each of these. Once you've made your decision, add your products to the cart

2. Share the essentials with us

Enter your personal data and the address data of the recipient. If you order any of our boxes with flowers or any of our vases, you can include a message for the recipient that will be printed on an elegant card and delivered to inside our classic envelope with the order

3. Select the delivery option and payment method

Lanvée offers the following delivery options: 

From 9:00 am to 11:00 am (Tuesday to Saturday)

From 12:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

From 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Currently we do not cover all districts of Lima, so if your district is not within the area of delivery or if you prefer so, we also have the “Pickup” option from our office, at no cost.

If you want your order the same day, you must place and pay the order before 11:00 am. The only option available for delivery /Pickup the same day is the shift from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. .

If you prefer that your order is delivered or to pick it up the next day at any of the three schedules for delivery/Pickup, you must place the order before 6:00 pm the day before.
